Aqua-Rec: Launched in a garage in 1987 by Roger Lisenbey, Aqua-Rec grew from a passion for municipal parks into a trusted name for commercial aquatic solutions. Today, with 3 offices in Texas, Aqua-Rec serves customers in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.

In 2023, Phil Helms and Aaron Craig joined founders Chock Walden and Roger Lisenbey as owners and partners, merging decades of expertise into a collaborative powerhouse. While operating independently, Aqua-Rec and Bluewater CAS combine their strengths to deliver unmatched service and solutions across their regions.
